To provide and improve our services, Intelliplan engages carefully selected sub-processors to support operations, infrastructure, and customer support. These sub-processors assist in delivering applications, platforms, and infrastructure that power Intelliplan’s solutions

  • Customer and technical support: These sub-processors assist with technical support and service inquiries
Updates and Customer Responsibility

The list of sub-processors may change over time as we optimize and enhance our services. Customers are responsible for staying informed about any updates.

  • New or updated sub-processors will be published on this page at least 30 days before they begin processing personal data.
  • Customers may object to a new sub-processor within this 30-day period by contacting privacy@intelliplan.se.
  • Objections must be based on a legitimate data protection concern (e.g., the sub-processor does not meet GDPR security requirements).
  • If no valid objection is raised within 30 days, the new sub-processor will be deemed accepted, and processing will begin accordingly.

Continued use of Intelliplan’s services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new sub-processors.
