Haval \u00e4r medgrundare och VD p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/rekryteringsinstitutet.se\/\">Rekryteringsinstitutet<\/a>, en oberoende granskare som jobbar f\u00f6r att fr\u00e4mja f\u00f6rdomsfri rekrytering.<\/span><\/p><p>Haval upplever att m\u00e5nga pratat om f\u00f6rdomsfri rekrytering men att det \u00e4r f\u00e5 som har en bra process och verkligen tar fr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 allvar. <span style=\"font-size: 1em;\">Haval ber\u00e4ttar om sina egna och n\u00e4rst\u00e5endes erfarenheter av att, med ett icke svenskt namn, ha sv\u00e5rt att f\u00e5 jobb eftersom de inte fick chansen att ens g\u00e5 p\u00e5 intervju. De gjorde ett test. De bytte ut sina namn p\u00e5 CV:t och fick d\u00e5 helt pl\u00f6tsligt m\u00f6jlighet att g\u00e5 p\u00e5 flertalet intervjuer. Dock ser det tyv\u00e4rr inte ut s\u00e5 idag. F\u00f6r mig \u00e4r f\u00f6rdomsfri rekrytering mer en bara en process utan snarare en m\u00f6jlighet att bygga en arbetsplats som speglar samh\u00e4llets m\u00e5ngfald. Genom r\u00e4ttvis rekrytering kan vi hitta de b\u00e4sta kandidaterna och alla f\u00e5r en \u00e4rlig chans, s\u00e4ger Haval.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Statistik visar att flera faktorer kan p\u00e5verka vem som f\u00e5r ett jobb och vem som inte f\u00e5r det. En muslim har till exempel s\u00e5 mycket som 80% mindre chans att f\u00e5 en anst\u00e4llning, en \u00f6verviktig 70% mindre chans och en person som \u00e4r \u00e4ldre \u00e4n 55 har 60% mindre chans att bli anst\u00e4lld. Detta \u00e4r bara n\u00e5gra exempel. Dessa siffror kan k\u00e4nnas skr\u00e4mmande, men vad beror det p\u00e5 egentligen? Haval tror att det till stor del beror p\u00e5 en omedvetenhet om sina egna f\u00f6rdomar.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Generellt s\u00e5 dras vi till personer som p\u00e5minner om oss sj\u00e4lva. Det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att utesluta f\u00f6rdomar i en process som till st\u00f6rsta del p\u00e5verkas av m\u00e4nskliga faktorer. Anv\u00e4nder man r\u00e4tt verktyg kan man automatisera stora delar av rekryteringsprocessen vilket g\u00f6r att beslut blir mer tr\u00e4ffs\u00e4kra och objektiva.<br \/><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">F\u00f6rdomsfri rekrytering har varit ett hett \u00e4mne de senaste \u00e5ren och medvetenheten hos rekryterare har blivit st\u00f6rre i fr\u00e5gan. Teknologin g\u00e5r fram\u00e5t och det har kommit m\u00e5nga nya verktyg som hj\u00e4lper till att rekrytera f\u00f6rdomsfritt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Den teknologiska utvecklingen kommer leda till en mer ikluderande arbetsmarknad. Jag tror att framtidens arbetsmarknad kommer vara mer f\u00f6rdomsfri eftersom m\u00e4nsklig faktorer kommer ha mindre p\u00e5verkan p\u00e5 beslutsfattandet. Jag tror ocks\u00e5 att allt fler f\u00f6retag kommer ha med inkludering och r\u00e4ttvisa som en viktigare del i sin f\u00f6retagskultur och som v\u00e4rdeord.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-355a021 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"355a021\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Havals tre b\u00e4sta tips f\u00f6r att lyckas med f\u00f6rdomsfri rekrytering<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0c9d326 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0c9d326\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Rannsaka dig sj\u00e4lv. F\u00f6r att kunna rekrytera mer f\u00f6rdomsfritt \u00e4r det viktigt att vara medveten om sina egna f\u00f6rdomar och om hur det kan p\u00e5verka beslutsfattandet.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Anv\u00e4nd en objektiv rekryteringsprocess, en standardiserad process som inkluderar alla och som \u00e4r strukturerad. Om man f\u00f6ljer samma rutiner vid varje rekryteringstillf\u00e4lle minskar risken f\u00f6r exkludering.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Anv\u00e4nd r\u00e4tt verktyg och teknologi som underl\u00e4ttar.
